Geoff
Geoff started with Ganbina in 2001 on the Jobs4U2 Program and later became a Youth Achievement Award recipient.
Inspired by his own experiences, he went on to become a mentor for other Ganbina participants. He nows works in a senior role at a major timber production facility in regional Victoria.
"Ganbina taught me that if the door was shut, a window can always open. There's no way I'd be where I am today without Ganbina. They showed me how to see a career opportunity and look forward to the future and that's something I never thought of as a kid."

"Being involved with Ganbina has made a big difference to the way I think about work.
"They teach you how to take that first step into the future, how you can start from the bottom and work your way up and that's really inspired me. They also help you develop a plan so that it actually happens."
